Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.
